KEMI. French cartoonist Christophe Blain has gained fame for his comic books about the pirate/painter Isaac. Blain is one of the guest artists at the  31:st International Comic Festival, held in Kemi 18-20/5. The festival is the world’s most northern, and has through the years seen famous artists like Robert Crumb. At the art museum there will be exhibitions, lectures, competitions, comic basaar and many opportunities for informal mingling.
